AutoLogic Holdings plc ("AutoLogic" or the "Company") PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF WALON FRANCE The Board of AutoLogic announces that the Company has entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of its subsidiary Walon France to existing members of the Walon France management team. Further details are set out in the attached detailed announcement. AutoLogic Chairman John Merry commented: "I am delighted that we have reached agreement with the Walon France management team for the sale to them of the French business. By selling the business to some of the management team, and continuing to keep a strong relationship with them, our view is that the business, its customers and employees will be better served.
