Le groupe britannique de logistique et transport Wincanton annonce son retrait des activités routières en Allemagne et dans les PECO, et des activités logistiques aux Pays Bas. http://ww7.investorrelations.co.uk/wincanton/pressReleases.jsp?ref=167&tn=5 Selon l'entreprise, RABEN doit acquérir les activités allemandes et celles des Peco. Celles-ci représentent 16 agences allemandes et des implantations en Pologne, Hongrie, Tchéquie, et Slovaquie. Ces dernières offrent également des services logistiques. L'accord porterait sur une valeur de cession de 36 millions d'euros nets de cash et de dettes. L'entreprise JCL se porterait acquéreur des activités logistiques de Wincanton aux Pays Bas y compris les activités de transport international (Hub d'Heerenberg). Cette transaction correspond à une valeur nette de 10,5 millions d'euros. Ces deux opérations de cession devraient permettre de dégager - avant coûts de transactions et économies - environ 30 millions
