Rappelons quen 2009, le groupe YRC (premier messager US) a négocié avec les syndicats en 2009 une réduction de salaires et un gel des contributions de retraite pendant 18 mois.Le deal à YRC aurait consister en un échange entre baisse des salaires et l'attribution d'une fraction significative du capital.
