London Congestion Charging: Delivery Vehicles Face Delays And Costs - But No Benefits

The first survey of delivery vehicle operators since the London congestion charging scheme started has revealed that companies are paying high costs, facing enormous administration and wasting time ? all without any benefits for speedier deliveries. The Freight Transport Association says that industry is entitled to an improvement in traffic services on the back of the high costs it is now obliged to pay.
