Négociations de fusion entre Salvesen et TDG Les sociétés de transport et logistique britanniques Christian Salvesen et TDG négocient actuellement les termes d’une éventuelle fusion. Salvesen, spécialisé dans la distribution de denrées alimentaires sous température dirigée, emploie quelque 14.000 personnes et est présent dans huit pays européens via 200 implantations. Ces dernières années, il a connu une régression de son volume d’activités en raison du renforcement de la concurrence. Une fusion avec un autre groupe logistique est donc devenue quasi indispensable afin de pouvoir procéder à des économies d’échelle. Le groupe TDG, actif pour sa part pour les secteurs chimique et du détail, s’est montré intéressé par une telle opération. The Indian Railways has opted for private participation in several infrastructure projects. ______________________________________________________________________________________ These include 22 warehousing projects across the Railway network. En l'espèce TNT UK explique que le temps qui n'est pas consacré à la conduite ne devrait pas être pris en compte dans la durée moyenne de 48 heures par semaine.
