Des négociations sont actuellement en cours pour déterminer à quel entrepreneur sera confiée la construction de deux entrepôts de 20.000 m2 et de 11 m de hauteur intérieure. Chacun d’entre eux sera construit en quatre phases de 5.000 m2, la livraison de la première phase étant prévue pour le début 2005. Cette première phase prévoit également la construction d’une surface de bureaux de 1.000 m2, l’aménagement d’un terrain extérieur de 10.000 m2 et la mise en place d’un système de surveillance.
