SDV Logistique acquiert les indiens Air Link et Sea Link • PARIS, 17 février (Reuters) - SDV Logistique Internationale, filiale du groupe Bolloré , annonce jeudi l'acquisition de SWG Logistics qui contrôle Air Link et Sea Link, respectivement leaders dans leur domaine d'activité en Inde. Air Link, le troisième opérateur indien au classement IATA et le premier opérateur indépendant du pays, contrôle 5% des parts du marché sur les lignes aériennes Inde-USA, précise SDV dans un communiqué. Sea Link compte parmi les principaux commissionnaires de transport et agents maritimes du pays. Les modalités de l'acquisition ne sont pas précisées. MADRID, 3 fév (AFP) Le numéro deux espagnol du BTP et des services, Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC), a annoncé jeudi avoir signé le contrat d'achat de la totalité du groupe espagnol de logistique Santos pour 128 millions d'euros. FCC, déjà présent sur le marché de la logistique depuis 1993 par le biais de sa filiale FCC Versia, devient ainsi l'un des premiers acteurs de ce secteur en Espagne et table sur un chiffre d'affaires annuel de 325 millions d'euros pour cette branche, selon un communiqué de FCC. L'intégration de Santos dans la branche de logistique de FCC "permet de consolider une plate-forme leader dans les activités de logistique en Espagne", à l'exception de la distribution dans les bureaux de tabac assurée par Logista, filiale du fabricant hispano-français de cigarettes Altadis, ajoute le communiqué. Railion acquires RAG's logistics activities Stinnes’ subsidiary, Railion Deutschland AG, has signed a purchase contract for the acquisition of RAG Bahn und Hafen GmbH, Gladbeck (RBH), a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of RAG, and its shareholding in DAP Barging BV, Rotterdam, for an undisclosed purchase price. (1/19/2005) The contract takes effect retroactively to January 1st, 2005.
